Masters Coach Tim Garton will hold an all stroke technique clinic instead of the organized workout.
Please Join Us 8-9:30 am.

Welcome to VRC Masters Swim

The Masters Swim program is for all adult swimmers of all abilities. Whether you are interested in improving overall fitness, looking to break up the monotony of lap swimming, or training for a specific event, the program is designed to meet your personal needs. We have a small program which enables Coach Tracy to tailor each workout to each swimmer during the organized practice session. As much, or as little, coaching is available during the swim session. Flip turns optional, swimsuits mandatory! Come and join us year round. Please call the fitness desk for workout times. :) -Coach Tracy
